YIN YOGA

Yin yoga deals with subtler aspect of our being, letting us go deeper into ourselves.

We are moving from the structured body to the energetic with the help of myofascial compartment and median channels to develop a functional, mindful approach to the practice.

Discover and learn to teach from the Power of Yin Yoga: A Journey Through Functional Anatomy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).Unlock a deeper connection to your body and mind through the transformative practice of Yin Yoga. Unlike other styles, Yin Yoga targets the often-overlooked connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints—promoting flexibility, joint mobility, and overall balance. Rooted in Functional Anatomy, this practice honors the unique structure of every individual, making it adaptable and accessible to all.

But Yin Yoga goes beyond the physical. In alignment with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it stimulates the body's energy meridians, helping to balance the flow of "Qi" (life force energy) for optimal health and emotional harmony. By holding poses for extended periods, you’ll tap into the quiet, cooling energy of yin, harmonizing your body’s natural rhythms.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your flexibility, release tension, or balance your inner energy, Yin Yoga offers a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery. Join us and experience the magic of this ancient practice, where functional anatomy meets the wisdom of TCM, to create a powerful, restorative yoga experience.

 YOGA NIDRA

Practice and learn to teach how to Awaken Deep Rest and Inner Healing with Yoga Nidra

Experience profound relaxation and mental clarity with **Yoga Nidra**, the ancient practice of conscious relaxation. Known as "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra guides you to a state between wakefulness and sleep, where your body can fully unwind, and your mind can release tension and stress.

This meditative journey is more than just rest—it's a powerful tool for emotional balance, mental clarity, and self-healing. Rooted in deep relaxation techniques, Yoga Nidra helps reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and foster a sense of inner peace. By simply lying down and following guided instructions, you can tap into your subconscious, reprogram limiting beliefs, and restore your energy.

Accessible to everyone, regardless of experience, Yoga Nidra is a sanctuary for the soul in today's busy world. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or personal transformation, this practice offers a pathway to inner calm and renewal.

Step into stillness. Embrace deep rest. Transform your life with practicing and teaching Yoga Nidra
